No 47, Branimira Ćosića Street
By observing all the norms and rules when it comes to construction, we have built a residential-business building in the Branimira Ćosića Street which gave our city a special touch with its visual identity. Red-and-white facade clearly dominates on the very corner, but again is completely harmonized with the environment in terms of urban planning. A special mark in the construction of business and residential buildings is a luxury building at the No 6, Braće Ribnikar Street (where the Prezident Company was both an investor and contractor) purpose-built in accordance with high standards of Credit Agricole Bank. This building, measuring approximately 10,000 m2 was built and registered in 11 (eleven) months. The building was built on a plot 1021, with flooring LG+G+Gar+6+Att, and has seven apartments, parking places in the courtyard and in front of the building.

Prezident Stara Pazova
Prezident Company proudly presents a new project in Stara Pazova. It is a residental building located at Zmaj Jovina bb Street. The building consist of 83 apartments, area from 24 to 109 square meters. In addition to the ground floor, the building has 4 floors and a withdrawn floor (penthouse). The building has an elevator and an underground garage, and provided parking space. Visual identity of the building, the maroon-and-white facade gives a special note to the surroundings and fits perfectly into the environment. Anticipated completion of works is December 2015.
